Top Tier Masonry is owned and operated by Frank, a specialized mason with over 20 years experience and expertise. He has worked with and been mentored by some of the best in his trade prior to starting his own business. Frank’s passions are found in concrete work (including demo of old and installation of new), real stone or cultured stone projects (including patio overlays, wall or foundation veneers, wall caps, and fireplaces), as well as block and brick work.
